Our fees are set phase by phase, sized to how involved we are in each one. Early phases need lighter observation. From rough-in forward, we're on site more often, because that's where the details matter most.

Why Cornerstone

My name is David Anderson. I'm a fourth-generation Floridian, born and raised in North Florida, and I spent decades as a construction executive, the last fifteen years building ultra-luxury homes in Palm Beach.
As a contractor, I saw how hard it was to keep owners informed. Owners grow uneasy when they don't know what's happening on their own project. That led me to develop a construction management system designed exclusively for owners, built around your own app, with complete visibility from anywhere.
Now I've come home to open our North Florida office, serving Duval, St. Johns and Nassau counties alongside our North Palm Beach office. We work on the owner's side of the table.
